This rich and exotic restaurant brings luxury and flavor to another level. An oasis exploding with a lush vertical garden and retractable roof. Designed by Brazilian minimalist, Arthur Casas, this gem is pouring at the seams with an Amazonian vibe that brings contemporary zen to a whole new level. The menu has recently been revamped by one of the Sao Paulo’s top chefs, Pascal Valero. Favorites are the ravioli of foie gras with mushrooms and truffle oil. For dessert, because Valero is also a Patissier, he suggests his caramel tiramisù with coffee granita and hazelnut nougatine.
